"I'm Coach Anthony, a native of the vibrant and resilient city of New Orleans. My journey, like many, has been one of twists, turns, and unexpected revelations. As I graduated high school, I aspired to craft narratives through the pages of graphic novels. However, fate had a different chapter in mind for me.

Just as my first comic book made its debut, Hurricane Katrina struck, leaving destruction in its wake. I chose to stay and support my father, and in those harrowing days, I witnessed the fragility of life and the strength of the human spirit. Unfortunately the aftermath plunged me into a period of darkness, where alcohol and drugs became my misguided companions.

In the abyss of demoralization, a glimmer of light emerged. Seeking an escape, I stumbled upon a 12-step program that offered a design for living that truly worked. Embraced with love and guided to a power greater than myself, I found a way out of the darkness. The obsession to drink vanished, and I discovered that my true struggle was not with alcohol but with living itself.

The roots of my problem lay in selfishness and self-centeredness. Through connection with a higher power, I found a path of purpose and peace, requiring only a surrender of selfish desires. Though simple, this journey was not always easy. Working with others became the key to turning spiritual principles into a tangible reality.

For the past 13 years, I've been guiding men and women toward a more wholesome and fulfilling life. I've come to understand that many of today's personal and social problems stem from a lack of spiritual anchorage. In a world constantly bombarded by social pressures and relentless media, this spiritual  anchorage becomes even more necessary.

Having experienced the darkest pits of human emotions and the despair of hopelessness, I understand what it means to be lost. More Importantly I have returned from that darkness and today I stand t as a child of the universe, brimming with purpose and joy. Equilibrium was born from the desire to extend this newfound freedom, hope, and wonder to you.

I am here to help liberate you from the confusion and anxiety of everyday living, providing a path that genuinely leads somewhere and helping you discover your unique purpose. I am eager to embark on this transformative journey with you, fellow seekers. Let's explore the boundless possibilities of your equilibrium together.
